COCINA FACIL Y RAPIDA

PASTA BOLOÑESA

INGREDIENTES

1 Lb de carne molida
½ frrasco de salsa Ragu
¾ Lb de Espaguetti
1 cdta de ajo picado o ½ cdta de ajo en polvo
1 cdta de cebolla picada o ½ cdta de cebolla en polvo
¼ cdta oregano
½ cdta de parejil
¼ taza de vino de cocina
1 hoja de Laurel.
Sal y pimienta al gusto
1 Cda de aceite de oliva.
½ vaso de agua

PREPARACION:

Se coloca la carne molida en una olla con el aceite de oliva, sal, ajo, cebolla, oregano, perejil, y el vino de cocina se mueve constantemente aproximadamente 10 minutos hasta que la carne este cocida a fuego medio. Luego se coloca la salsa ragu, se coloca la hoja de laurel y se deja cocinar aproximadamente unos 20 minutos a fuego medio o moderado hasta que se espese.
En otra olla se coloca el agua se colocan los espaguettis cuando el agua esta hirviendo se le coloca agua y sal al agua se deja cocinar el espaguetti al dente generalmente son de 8 a 10 minutos vea las instricciones del empaque.
Se cuelan y se le coloca en un plato y encima le coloca la salsa boloñesa.

Preparation:

LASAÑA 3 QUESOS


INGREDIENTES:

1 Paquete de pasta para lasaña
1 Frasco de salsa Ragu
1 Lb de Carne Molida
1 Frasco de Ricota
½ bolsa pequeña de queso mozarella rayado
1 Frasco de Salsa Alfredo
1 Cda de aceite de Oliva
Ajo, Cebolla, Perejil, Oregano, Sal al gusto
1 Hoja de laurel
Queso parmesano o pecorino o cualquier queso rallado para pasta.


PREPARACION:

Poner a cocinar la carne molida en una olla con aceite de oliva colocarle ajo, cebolla, perejil, oregano y sal al gusto. Cuando este cocida la carne ponga la salsa ragu con ½ vaso de agua y se deja cocinar por unos 20 minutos aproximadamente se le coloca la hoja de laurel.
Ponga a hervir agua con sal y aceite en otra olla y coloque 9 slice de pasta o tiras de pasta de lasaña; en otra olla ponga la salsa Alfredo a cocinar con ½ vaso de agua por unos 10 minutos.
Tome una bandeja de vidrio o aluminiou teflon para lasaña.
Luego ponga salsa ragu las tiras de pasta que cubra el fondo del envase encima se coloca salsa ragu queso rallado para pasta, queso mozarella rayado y la ricota por ultimo se coloca la salsa alfredo. Y asi hasta que termine de colocar todas las tiras de pasta; se
coloca en el horno precalentado 350 grados centigrados o farengein por unos 20 minutos.
